Refunds for digital downloads

We sell instant digital downloads via Gumroad. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

When we can help

• You didn’t receive the download email (after checking spam/promotions).
• A file is broken/corrupted or won’t open.
• You were charged more than once (duplicate purchase).
• The download link is failing due to a Gumroad issue.

When refunds may not be possible

• Change of mind after a successful download.
• Purchases made by someone else using your email/payment method.
• Requests made long after purchase without a technical issue.
• Attempts to refund after sharing/redistributing files.

How to request

Please include

• Your Gumroad receipt email (or order ID).
• Which bundle/product you purchased.
• What issue you’re facing (screenshots help).

Download troubleshooting

• Try a different browser (Chrome/Firefox) or device.
• Disable VPN/ad-blocker temporarily.
• Make sure your storage isn’t full.
• If the Gumroad link expires, we can resend it.

Typical response time: 24–48 hours (often faster).
